1. Who we are
ReviseDaily ("ReviseDaily", "we", "us", "our") operates the website and platform available at revisedaily.com. For any privacy concerns, write to us at support@revisedaily.com.
2. Information we collect
We collect only what is necessary to deliver the service:
- Account data — full name, email address, mobile number, hashed password, and role (Buyer, Creator, Admin).
- Transaction data — order ID, payment ID, product purchased, amount, and timestamp. We do not store full card numbers, CVVs, or banking credentials — payments are processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment partner.
- Usage data — pages visited, products viewed, downloads triggered, IP address, browser, and device type.
- Support data — anything you choose to share when you contact us.
- Affiliate data — for affiliate accounts, referral activity, payout details, and earnings history.
3. How we use your information
- To create and secure your account, and to authenticate logins.
- To process payments and grant access to purchased products.
- To deliver downloads and product updates.
- To respond to support requests.
- To detect fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
- To improve the platform — understanding which products and features are useful.
- To send transactional emails (receipts, account changes, security alerts).
4. Cookies & similar technologies
We use cookies and local storage to keep you logged in, remember preferences, and measure anonymous usage. You can clear or block these via your browser settings; some functionality may not work if you do.
5. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:
- Payment processors — to charge your card, UPI, or other payment instrument.
- Cloud & infrastructure providers — for hosting, storage, email delivery, and analytics. Each provider is bound by data-protection obligations.
- Law enforcement / regulators — only when legally required, and only to the extent required.
6. Data retention
We keep account and transaction data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal, tax, and accounting requirements. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 8).
7. Security
We use HTTPS everywhere, hashed passwords (bcrypt), encrypted databases, role-based access controls, and audit logging on sensitive operations. No system is 100% secure, but we treat your data with the same care we'd expect for our own.
8. Your rights
You can, at any time:
- Access the data we hold about you.
- Update inaccurate information from your Profile page.
- Request deletion of your account and personal data.
- Withdraw consent for non-essential processing.
To exercise any of these rights, write to support@revisedaily.com from the email address on your account. We respond within 30 days.
9. Children's privacy
ReviseDaily is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, write to us and we'll delete it.
10. International transfers
Our infrastructure may be hosted in regions outside your country. By using ReviseDaily, you consent to your data being processed in those regions, subject to appropriate safeguards.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page and, where appropriate, by email. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
