No Refund Policy

All ReviseDaily products are digital and delivered instantly. Once a purchase is completed, the sale is final. Please read this policy carefully before buying.

1. Why we don't offer refunds

Every product on ReviseDaily is a digital good — PDFs, MCQ packs, study notes, and similar downloadable content. The moment your payment is successful, you are granted access and the content can be downloaded, copied, and consumed in full. Because there is no way to meaningfully "return" a digital product, all sales are final and we do not issue refunds.

2. What you should do before buying

  • Read the full product description, table of contents, and what's included.
  • Review any free preview, sample pages, or excerpts available on the product page.
  • Check that the product matches your exam, syllabus, and timeframe.
  • Ensure you are buying from a logged-in account whose email you can access.

If anything is unclear, write to support@revisedaily.com before purchasing. We'd much rather answer questions upfront than have you buy something that doesn't fit your needs.

3. Limited exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund or store credit only in these cases:

  • Duplicate charge — you were charged more than once for the same order due to a payment-gateway error. The duplicate amount will be returned within 7–10 business days.
  • Failed delivery — payment succeeded but, due to a verifiable technical failure on our side, no product access was granted and we are unable to deliver the product within 7 days of purchase.
  • Unauthorized payment — you can prove the payment was made without your consent (e.g. compromised card) and you have not consumed the product. This requires a written dispute with documentation.

Refunds, when granted, are made to the original payment method. They do not cover dissatisfaction, change of mind, exam-syllabus changes, or accidental purchases.

4. What is not covered

  • You changed your mind after purchase.
  • You bought the wrong product, edition, or month.
  • You did not download the product before access expired (where applicable).
  • You are dissatisfied with the depth, length, or style of the content — these are subjective.
  • Your exam syllabus changed after purchase.
  • You shared your account with someone else and they consumed the content.

5. How to request consideration

If you believe your situation falls under Section 3, write to support@revisedaily.com within 7 days of purchase with:

  • Your registered email address.
  • Order ID and Payment ID (visible on the My Purchases page).
  • A clear description of the issue.
  • Any supporting evidence — screenshots, bank statements, or error messages.

We respond within 3–5 business days and aim to resolve the issue fairly. Decisions made by the ReviseDaily support team are final.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Initiating a chargeback for a product that has been successfully delivered constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in immediate suspension of your account and recovery proceedings.

7. Affiliate / creator earnings

Where a buyer is granted a refund under Section 3, any commission earned by an affiliate on that order will be reversed in the next payout cycle. Affiliate-side payouts are governed separately in the Creator portal terms.

8. Updates to this policy

We may update this No Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after a change constitutes acceptance.
